2 cups frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons water
Regarding the Kiwi Layer
In a food processor OR blender, incorporate all ingredients; process
on high speed till the mixture forms a stiff slush. To get the right
consistency, you might need to add a little more water; if so, add one teaspoon
at a time.
Pour the mixture into each of the four cups, filling them halfway.
Put aside. Regarding the blueberry layer
In a food processor OR blender, incorporate all ingredients; process
on high speed till the mixture forms a stiff slush.
Top with remaining kiwi mixture, filling cups to the brim.
