Ingredients:
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 onion,
chopped
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1 teaspoon
ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon
chili powder
1/4 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1 (15 ounce)
can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce)
can crushed tomatoes
4 cups
vegetable broth
Salt and
pepper to taste

Instructions:
Sauté the
vegetables: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion
and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add spices:
