Corn Pudding

  



Corn pudding is a classic Southern dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is a creamy and cheesy casserole that is made with corn, eggs, milk, and cheese. It is typically baked in a casserole dish and served hot.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 (15 ounces) can cream corn

1 (15 ounces) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 cup milk

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine creamed corn, whole-kernel corn, milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in eggs until well combined.

Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Tips:

 

You can use fresh corn if you like.

You can add other ingredients to your corn pudding, such as bacon, ham, or jalapenos.

If you want a sweeter corn pudding, you can add a little sugar to the batter.
