with these Cranberry-Pecan Truffle Cheese Balls, which are ready in 15 minutes.
Prepare them the day before or the day of. In either case, these scrumptious
truffle cheese balls will not disappoint.
4 oz. (1/2
of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese softened
4 oz. goat cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
Blend the
cream cheese and goat cheese.
Form into 12
balls, 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture per ball. Place on a waxed paper sheet.
In a small
mixing dish, combine the remaining ingredients. Roll cheese balls in nut
mixture, one at a time, rotating to evenly cover both sides of each ball. Serve
on a serving platter.
