2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup black beans
3 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 avocado
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp Mayo
1 tsp taco sauce
To make the Tortillas
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the milk and oil.
While stirring, gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry.
It should form a shaggy dough.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead
until smooth, re-flouring as needed.
Divide the dough into 8 parts once it is smooth and no longer
sticky.
Form the small pieces of dough into balls and wrap them in plastic
wrap. Allow 30 minutes for rest.
Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat on
a lightly floured surface. Roll the dough into a 4-inch round. It should be
about a quarter-inch thick. Cooking for 1 minute per side in a dry skillet or
griddle until small brown spots appear.
Continue with the remaining dough balls.
Regarding the Assembly and Burgers
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, beans, and taco
seasoning.
Make four patties, each with a dimple in the center.
Grill to your liking, adding cheese when almost done.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and taco sauce.
Place burgers on tortillas and top with avocado and taco/mayo
sauce.
