Bowtie Pasta Salad
Ingredients
16 oz bowtie pasta
3 cups rotisserie
chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black
pepper, ground
1 cup cherry
tomatoes
1 cup pesto
1/4 cup chopped basil, fresh
1 ounce Parmesan
cheese
SERVE WITH:
2 cups fresh raspberries or other fruit
Prepare the pasta according to package directions; drain
and set to one side.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and shred it into
small pieces. Half the cherry tomatoes.
Combine the chicken and pasta in a medium mixing bowl.
Combine pesto, tomatoes, basil, and shredded parmesan in a mixing bowl. To
combine, combine everything thoroughly.
Arrange raspberries on the side of the pasta.
