Juicy Marinated Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 chicken thighs
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:
Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon
mustard, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a
mixing bowl.
Marinate the Chicken:
Place chicken thighs in a ziplock bag and pour the
marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or
ideally overnight for the best flavor.
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken
thighs for 6-7 minutes per side, or until they’re fully cooked and the internal
temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest and Serve:
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
