Marshmallow Fluff Cake

 



 Marshmallow Fluff Cake is a classic American dessert that is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. It is a light and fluffy cake that is perfect for any occasion.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 (18.25 ounce) package of white cake mix

1 (20 ounces) package of marshmallows

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix,1 marshmallow, water, butter, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool completely before frosting.

Tips:

 

You can use any flavor of cake mix you like.

You can add food coloring to the batter for a more festive look.

You can top the cake with frosting, whipped cream, or fruit.
