as much as I do, then you will love adding these products to your menu. From Stoneand Skillet, I received some yummy flavors of their handmade English muffins.
The company started by two best friends, Kyle and Dan, and with their food industry knowledge, and the help of others, their business has bloomed. Now from their shop to your home, you can enjoy, these yummy English muffins, that are made with love. All the English muffins are with the best ingredients, and have nothing artificial in them. Just pure delicious English muffins.
With that in mind my whole brunch today, was the theme of Stone and Skillet, English muffins!
First up was a bread pudding made with Stone and Skillet, cinnamon raisin English muffins. I didn't need to add any raisins to the bread pudding, there was enough in the muffins to satisfy me. The pudding came out perfect, in fact this was the first time using this type of bread for it. You get a nice savor and also a sweet taste. And the English muffin gave me a very nice bread pudding with a fresh taste. The English muffin held up perfectly, and I was happy to have the nice big chunks still firm. I also added some caramel sauce, for a perfect finish!
The Stone and Skillet wheat English muffin, was toasted, then topped with veggies, and cheese, then placed back in the oven long enough for the cheese to melt. This was great for those watching their waist line. A nice healthy English muffin sandwich, with a ton of texture and flavor. You get a nice crisp out side, with a nice softness on the inside, and a hint of nuttiness to the English muffin. Very scrumptious English muffin for sure.
The everything English muffin, from Stone and Skillet held up perfectly for the tuna melt it was used for. There is so much you can say about this English muffin, but it's name says it all. "Everything", about it is delicious. Dense on the inside, crisp on the outside, with that everything taste. Mixed with tuna and cheese, there was nothing for flavor needed, all the taste came from the English muffin.
You can't have a brunch without French toast. And for that, I used the Stone and Skillet, pumpkin English muffin. The flavor of the English muffin, brings you to the Holidays. The flavor and the texture of the English muffin is so spot on. And made into a French toast, was mouth watering. This English muffin as all of them, are very versatile, and can up hold many recipes.
The last English muffin from Stone and Skillet was the roasted herb and garlic. For that I created a bacon chicken alfredo for the top. All these English muffins have a signature feature, and the roasted herb and garlic was no exception. It is savory with a hint of garlic flavor, and added all the flavor I needed for the sandwich. It as all of the rest of the English muffins are so versatile, they make for a great base for any type recipe.
If you love a English Muffin, then you have got to try them from Stone and Skillet. Your taste buds will love you for it.
