Ingredients
6 Potato medium Potato, flesh, and skin,
raw cubed
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper, red
2 tablespoon butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon oregano, dried
4 oz Parmesan cheese
Directions
Rinse and cut the potatoes into quarters.
Mince the onion and red bell pepper
finely. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
In a slow cooker, combine all of the
ingredients. Cook for 4 hours on high.
