1 loaf of Cuban bread with Yellow
mustard, prepared
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli baked ham
1/2 pound thinly sliced roasted pork
8 thinly sliced dill pickles
1/2 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
To open the bread, cut it horizontally. Spread
a thin layer of mustard on the top and bottom halves of the bread. Arrange the
ham, pork, pickle slices, and Swiss cheese on top of the bread in an even
layer. Sandwich the top halves of the bread on top of the sandwiches. Cut into
4 sandwiches and cook using one of the following methods:
Panini press, grill pan, cast iron pan, or
any device to flatten the sandwich.
