100 g dark brown soft sugar
2 medium eggs, beaten
100 g plain flour

300 g mixed dried fruit
1 medium apple, peeled and grated
Prepare a 1.2-liter pudding bowl with butter. In a
small mixing dish, combine the cranberry sauce and golden syrup. Spoon
two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared basin's base, keeping the remaining
amount In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the butter, sugar, eggs, flour,
mixed spice, dried fruit, & grated apple. Ladle the mixture into the
prepped basin & cover the surface with a thick piece of parchment paper. Microwave
on medium for a total of nine minutes, until it's firm to the feel. Allow for
