Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, sliced
2 cups blueberries
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup seedless grapes (red or purple)
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries,
bananas, and grapes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup
and lemon juice.
Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to
coat.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped pecans (optional) and serve.
Tips:
For a more vibrant red color, use raspberries instead of
strawberries.
If you don't have red grapes, you can use all
blueberries.
To make a vegan option, use agave nectar instead of
honey.
This salad is best served chilled.
