Crock Pot Chicken

  



Crockpot chicken is a delicious and easy way to cook chicken. It is perfect for busy weeknights or when you want to make a big batch of food to feed a crowd.

 

Ingredients:

 

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 onion, chopped

2 carrots, chopped

2 celery stalks, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 (10.75 ounces) can of cream of chicken soup

1 (10.75 ounces) can of cream of mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

 

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a crock pot.

Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.

Pour the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and sour cream over the chicken and vegetables.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Tips:

 

You can add other vegetables to this dish, such as bell peppers, mushrooms, or peas.

If you want a thicker sauce, you can add a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water.

Serve this chicken with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
