Pan-Seared Steak with Garlic and Rosemary

 To night I

cooked up a juicy and flavorful steak that was delicious. I pan-seared it with garlic and rosemary for a burst of Mediterranean flavor.

Ingredients:

1 (10-ounce) steak (I used a ribeye)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Pat the steak dry with paper towels.

Season the steak with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness.

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and rosemary. Cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Pour the garlic-rosemary mixture over the steak.

Serve:

Serve the steak with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.

Tips:

For a more flavorful steak, let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Don't overcook the steak. A medium-rare steak is the best way to enjoy the juicy flavor.

You can use any type of steak you like, but ribeye, sirloin, and filet mignon are all good choices.

I hope you enjoy this delicious recipe as much as I did!
