Momz Daily Scoops: Cafe Plus Coffee Syrups & Roadhouse Road Trip Hot Sauce – A Little Sweetness and a Little Heat!
There is nothing quite like discovering products that bring something special to the kitchen, whether it's a delicious new flavor to add to your morning coffee or a hot sauce that gives your favorite meals an exciting kick. Today on Momz Daily Scoops, we're exploring two fun product collections: Cafe Plus coffee syrups and Roadhouse Road Trip Hot Sauce.
One collection is perfect for coffee lovers who enjoy creating their own coffeehouse drinks at home, while the other is for anyone who enjoys adding a little adventure and spice to their meals!
Cafe Plus – Making Every Cup of Coffee Special
Coffee is one of those little everyday pleasures that many of us look forward to. Whether you enjoy a hot cup first thing in the morning, an iced coffee in the afternoon, or a special coffee drink after dinner, adding flavored syrup is a wonderful way to change things up.
Cafe Plus offers flavored coffee syrups that let you bring coffeehouse-inspired flavors right into your own kitchen. Their selection includes familiar favorites and dessert-inspired flavors that can make an ordinary cup of coffee feel like a special treat.
Cafe Plus French Vanilla Coffee Syrup
French vanilla is one of those classic flavors that never seems to go out of style. It has a smooth, sweet vanilla flavor with a creamy, dessert-like character.
I love how versatile vanilla is because it works beautifully with so many different things. Adding French vanilla syrup to a fresh cup of coffee gives it a sweeter, softer flavor without overpowering the coffee itself.
What pairs well with French vanilla?
Cinnamon coffee cake
Butter croissants
Blueberry muffins
Homemade pancakes
Vanilla or almond biscotti
Chocolate chip cookies
You can also add French vanilla syrup to iced coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, or even a milkshake.
Cafe Plus Chocolate Caramel Coffee Syrup
If you enjoy chocolate and caramel together, this is a flavor combination worth getting excited about!
Chocolate caramel brings together the richness of chocolate and the sweet, buttery taste of caramel. It is a wonderful choice for anyone who enjoys dessert-inspired coffee drinks.
I can imagine this syrup being especially delicious in a hot cup of coffee with a splash of milk or cream. It would also make a wonderful addition to an iced coffee when you're craving something sweet.
What pairs well with chocolate caramel?
Chocolate brownies
Salted caramel cookies
Cheesecake
Chocolate donuts
Pecan pastries
Homemade cinnamon rolls
You could even drizzle a little over vanilla ice cream for an easy dessert.
The Cafe Plus Coffee Syrup Gift Pack
One of the things I enjoy about variety packs is getting to experiment with different flavors. Cafe Plus has a four-flavor coffee syrup gift pack that includes four 2.3-ounce bottles: Cappuccino, Salted Caramel, Vanilla, and Amaretto.
Here is a closer look at each flavor.
1. Cappuccino
If you enjoy the taste of a traditional cappuccino, this flavor is a fun addition to your coffee routine. It brings to mind the familiar creamy, coffeehouse-inspired flavor of a cappuccino.
Pairs wonderfully with:
Chocolate biscotti
Cinnamon rolls
Almond cookies
Buttered toast
Coffee cake
Salted caramel is a wonderful combination of sweet caramel and a touch of salty flavor. It is a favorite for people who enjoy sweet coffee drinks.
Try it in iced coffee, hot coffee, or a latte. It also makes a delicious addition to a homemade frappé.
Pairs wonderfully with:
Apple turnovers
Brownies
Pecan pie
Chocolate muffins
Shortbread cookies
3. Vanilla
Vanilla is a timeless favorite. It has a sweet, familiar flavor that blends easily into coffee without competing with the natural coffee taste.
This is a great everyday syrup to keep near your coffee maker.
Pairs wonderfully with:
Blueberry muffins
Sugar cookies
French toast
Cinnamon coffee cake
Almond biscotti
4. Amaretto
Amaretto is inspired by the sweet almond-like flavor traditionally associated with amaretto liqueur. It brings a slightly nutty, dessert-like character to coffee.
This flavor would be especially nice in an after-dinner coffee.
Pairs wonderfully with:
Almond biscotti
Chocolate cake
Cherry pastries
Cheesecake
Pecan cookies
You can also combine a little amaretto syrup with vanilla for a delicious coffeehouse-inspired drink.
Roadhouse Road Trip Hot Sauce – Seven Bottles of Flavor and Heat!
If you have someone in your family who loves hot sauce, the Roadhouse Road Trip seven-bottle gift box is a fun collection to explore. The gift set includes seven different sauces, with individual bottles designed to let you sample different flavors and levels of heat.
What makes this collection interesting is that the sauces aren't all about heat. There are smoky, garlicky, peppery, and extra-hot varieties.
Let's take a look at the seven flavors.
The seven Roadhouse flavors
Habanero peppers are known for their bold heat and fruity pepper flavor. This sauce is a good choice for people who enjoy a traditional hot sauce with some serious personality.
Pairs well with:
Chicken wings
Grilled chicken
Tacos
Burgers
Chili
Garlic lovers will appreciate this flavor. Garlic adds a savory quality that works beautifully alongside pepper heat.
Pairs well with:
Garlic bread
Pizza
Grilled steak
Roasted vegetables
Chicken sandwiches
Jalapeño peppers offer a familiar pepper flavor with a more approachable heat compared with some of the hotter varieties.
Pairs well with:
Nachos
Breakfast burritos
Scrambled eggs
Quesadillas
Tacos
This one is for people who enjoy turning up the heat! Extra-hot sauces are best used sparingly until you know how much heat you can handle.
Pairs well with:
Chili
Wings
Pulled pork
Spicy burgers
Beans and rice
A traditional red pepper-style sauce that adds a familiar spicy kick to everyday meals.
Pairs well with:
Fried chicken
French fries
Pizza
Hamburgers
Breakfast potatoes
This is one of the flavors I especially wanted to highlight because chipotle peppers bring something different to the table.
Chipotle has a wonderful smoky character, with a deeper, richer flavor than a typical pepper sauce. It is a great choice when you want more than just heat.
Pairs well with:
Barbecue ribs
Pulled pork
Grilled chicken
Beef tacos
Roasted potatoes
Burgers
This is the adventurous one! Carolina Reaper peppers are famous for their extreme heat. This sauce is intended for serious hot sauce enthusiasts.
A very small amount goes a long way. I would start with just a drop and mix it into food rather than putting a large amount directly on a meal.
Pairs well with:
Chili
Beef stew
Spicy wings
Barbecue
Hearty meat dishes
The seven-bottle lineup above is based on the listed Road Trip gift-set assortment.

Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken on both sides.

Cover and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is tender enough to shred.
Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the sauce and stir until everything is coated.
Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Spoon the smoky chipotle chicken over the buns.
Add the cheddar or pepper jack cheese.
Place the top buns over the filling.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
What to serve with these sliders
These smoky chicken sliders would be delicious alongside:
Creamy coleslaw
Loaded potato salad
Crispy French fries
Baked macaroni and cheese
Dill pickles
Corn on the cob
A little tip: If you enjoy more heat, add another small amount of chipotle sauce to the chicken mixture. If you prefer a milder flavor, start with just a teaspoon.
