Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking
pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4
cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly
moistened.
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the
