From St. Louis, MO, I got some great rubs. The company is The GreatAmerican Barbecue Co, and is owned by Danny Smith.
The company is a small based
business that produces big products, in flavor and in gear.
Being inspired for BBQ and
having a knack for it, the company brings GABC rubs, gifts, sets, gear, and more. All the rubs I received are hand
crafted, that bring incredible flavor to all types of foods.
So I decided to make it a BBQ
dinner tonight, with some family favorites!
First up was some grilled BBQ
cheese burgers, and for the seasoning, I used, The Great American Barbecue Co.,
beef rub. Mixing it into the beef, then grilling the burgers. It enhanced the
burgers to a whole new level. They came out with a nice deep flavor, with a
bold taste. Then you get a hint of heat. The burgers were a party in your
mouth. This rub would make a great condiment as they all would just being on
the table. The rub really made the burgers pop with flavor. The rub is very
versatile, from meats, to soups, it would be great!
Next I grilled up some wings
with, The Great American Barbecue Co., chicken rub.
Not only did it bring the flavor, but some color as well. You get the perfect
balance of sweet and heat in each bite of the chicken wings. And the best part
the rub was kid friendly to, the heat did not deter them at all from eating
them. The wings were just plain old finger licking good. And the color was
vibrant and bold. With all the rubs from, The Great American Barbecue Co.,
products, you need not add any additional seasonings.
On the side was some homemade
waffle fries, and seasoned with, The Great American Barbecue Co.,
EPS rub. Just shake it on, like you would any condiment, for a ton of flavor.
It's similar to a all purpose seasoning, only has more flavor. The taste it
gave the waffle fries was amazing, no ketchup was needed, the rub provided all
the flavor. This rub would be great on meat, chicken and fish as well, any
place you want! Looking for big flavor, all these products fit the bill.
Last, you can not have a BBQ
meal with out homemade baked beans. And to flavor them, I used, The Great American Barbecue, pork rub. Didn't need bacon in them at all, the rub provided
that flavor all on its own. It packs a nice sweet and somewhat savory punch to
each bite. You don't miss the bacon in the beans at all. Its perfect! This rub
would be great on many dish's, but later I will just have to give it a try on a
pork roast. I'm confident it will taste amazing then to.
You really need to make these
products from, The Great American Barbecue Co.,
apart of your condiment stash. Visit them on their website, for some great
products and more!
