Flour & Branch Bakes & Gifts Product Review

From, San Francisco CA., I received some cookies unlike others I have tested. These delicious treasures came from the company, Flour & Branch bakes and gifts.

Lauren is the driving force behind these delectable treats. From her own childhood and growing up with amazing food, she found her niche in baked goods. I mean who doesn't love something freshly baked in the oven, that is a sweet treat. From that love, Lauren created unique bakes that are worthy of not only treating yourself to, but give as a gift. Each cookie that she bakes, not only has it's own unique name, but flavor as well. They are natural, organic, and made with sustainable ingredients of whole grains, and artisan flavors.

It's hard to believe this company was only formed in 2020. The love and quality, Flour & Branch puts into their sweet treats, is tasted in every bite you take.

So as we all gathered, around for the night, with our glass's of milk, we all got a pinch to taste of each cookie, from, Flour & Bake.

First up was the chipper cookie, from Flour & Branch. The cookie is thick, but yet has a nice crumble to it. Inside is nice and soft, and made with ingredients such as: Kerrygold grass-fed butter, artisan flour, farm-fresh eggs, the finest sugars and vanilla. This handcrafted treat, is unlike others I have tasted. and is wrapped perfectly to pass on as a gift. The Chipper from, Flour & Branch is a favorite, and after tasting it you will understand why. The cookie is filled with Guittard Chocolate chips all through it, and is crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and just crumbles in your mouth. Freshly ground Coava Espresso and rice crisps are on top, also with a marshmallow and chocolate coated espresso bean. A nice gourmet looking cooking, unlike any you will find on a store shelf. You get a nice little pick up kick from that espresso bean, along with a ton of chocolate that melts in your mouth. If you slightly warm it up, it's even more tasty and gooey! Just remove from the freezer, and heat your cookie for five minutes at 375 degrees, and you have a cookie that is heavenly.

The Brookie, is the next cookie that got warmed up. This cookie from Four & Bake is the first to make the menu. When you are ready to eat it, you are eating a soft as velvet cookie, with a amazing buttery taste. Inside it is like a brownie, yet still crisp and crumbly on the outside. The Brookie is filled through out with peanut butter chips, and Guittard milk chocolate chips. Warmed up, your palate will experience a true heavenly confection.

Moving on, is the, Flour & Branch, The Salty Sombitch. The names are just so adorable. The Salty Sombitch, has a nice crisp to it, and a amazing chew. A nice rich buttery cookie, with Guittard butterscotch chips through out. If that's not enough, on top is some chocolate coated toffee, and a pinch of Maldon salt. It went so well with a nice cold glass of milk. And if you are thinking of dunking it go right ahead, it is amazing.

Any of these confections from, Flour & Branch, are ready to give as gifts. And the next cookie is no exception. It is the, Birthday Cake. It is a party in your mouth at first bite. Buttery, crispy, and filled with all natural rainbow sprinkles. Then in each bite there is white chocolate chunks, and a topping of candy coated gummy bears. Any adult will feel like a child again after eating this cookie. And speaking of kids, they will love it to.

I couldn't wait to taste The Nutty Butter cookie, so far these cookies are the bomb! The shapes of all these cookies look more like little cakes, then what a cookie would regularly look like, and they invite you in for a bite immediately. The Nutty Butter, from Flour & Branch is full of Guittard white chocolate chunks. With the perfect blend of rum, macadamia nuts and peanut butter. Then it gets even more better when you taste the white chocolate wafer that sits on top of the cookie. This one pairs perfectly with a nice hot cup of coffee.

Now you don't think often of a cookie made with peanut butter and jelly, but Flour & Branch did. And it beats a peanut butter and jelly sandwich any time! The cookie is a true gourmet, with a nice chew inside, and a nice crisp outside. There is a crumble outside as well. Then when you bite into it, you get a burst of creamy peanut butter, and mixed berry preserves. All this goodness, plus a topping of all natural rainbow sprinkles. You can taste why this is a customer favorite.

The flavors just keep getting better, and the next is the, Nutella Stuffy. Now if you eat Nutella on crackers, or bake with it, you know how yummy this hazelnut spread is. The cousin of the PB & J Stuffy, you begin eating a nice crispy crumbly cookie on the outside, and a nice soft inside. Then as you bite into it, a burst of nutella hits your palate. On top is pearls of crispy caramel, and the taste is off the charts. Dunk it into a cold glass of milk, for a heavenly treat.
