The jam is always made free from 100 percent pesticide free. And is as always done by organic farming methods. The homemade jam come in a nice mason style jar, and right through the glass you see all the natural ingredients.
Beautiful Day Farms, is a small family veteran run farm. They make their jams with wonderful flavors, and with pride and quality. They also have other products to offer as well. You can get the products also in their country store, where there is traditional jams and jellies to bakery products.
The flavors of jams to choose from is large, and they all look so delicious. The ones I got are both, pineapple mango jalapeno.
I can't wait to tell you about the delicious meals I made, using the jam from Beautiful Day Farms.
First up was lunch, and I made a grilled goat cheese and pineapple mango jalapeno sandwich. Oozing out, was the creamy cheese and the jam. And it was the perfect marriage of ingredients. Tasting the pineapple mango jalapeno jam from the jar, was yummy itself, but paired with the cheese brought it over the top. Every bite you taste the love that went into the jam process. It's sweet with a nice kick at the end.
For dinner, I baked some chicken wings that were glazed with the, Beautiful Day Farms, jam. After they were done I coated them again, and they were amazing. Each bite gave you some sweet heat. The kick is there from the jalapenos, and even the seeds for a extra heat finish. You get a nice hot pepper jam with a tropical flair. And the color it gave the chicken was divine.
The day stopped at dessert, with a nice baked brie, made with fontina cheese and the, Beautiful Day Farms, pineapple mango jalapeno jam. When you cut into the brie, the cheese and the jam just flow out like a yummy lava, and the taste was over the top delectable. The first words from everyone ones that the taste was wonderfully sweet and spicy.
You can use the jam from, the Beautiful Day Farms, for many dish's, or just as a condiment. However, how you use it, will surely bring a ton of flavor. It won't take long for you to become a fan of this delicious jam, that is homemade on the farm!
