Coo Moo jams and jellies product Review

From a company, located in Brentwood, Ca., I got some delicious products today. The company is called Coo Moo, and its jams and jellies made from local fruits from local farms.

Julie Sumpter Deck is the creator of these wonderful jams and jellies, and also the new product, their spicy Worcestershire sauce, better known as Wooster sauce. It all began from the love of Scotland, Highland Coo cows, and all things spicy and sweet.

Coo Moo, is a company that makes all their products in the US, and does so in small batch's. This ensures you that the product is not only fresh, but has great quality. This woman owned business, is mooing customers over every day, with their delicious jams and jelly's. And if you love Worcestershire sauce as a added flavor, you will love that product as well. Coo Moo has been going strong since 2019, and after tasting the products, they will go far in the jam world. That cute Coo cow logo, is Gracie, a love and inspiration from a visit to Scotland. And if you would like to learn more about Highland Coo cows, you can also visit, Lauren's Cows.com, where you will find some unique art.

So lets get started, and learn what I made today, with Coo Moo jams, and Wooster sauce!

First up, I love cheese, and when you melt it in a sandwich, with some yummy jam, in a sandwich, its even better. So for breakfast, yes breakfast, I made a grilled cheese with cheddar and, Coo Moo, apricot habanero jam. It is so scrumptious, and the heat level just a party on your palate. This jam is so versatile, you just don't want to use it in a traditional way, as a peanut butter and jam sandwich, you want to get creative and use it in all your favorite recipes. It has a wonderful sweetness with a spicy kick. Use it as a jam, in a salad dressing, add it to a muffin mix, or turn it into a glaze for some fish. If you can think it, you can create it, with this Coo Moo, jam.

For lunch I made everyone some sloppy Joes with, Coo Moo, Wooster sauce. This is a take on, Coo Moo jams and jellies, own version of Worcestershire sauce. Coo Moo put their own special ingredients into it, like sweet yucan syrup. It has a amazing creamy texture, that just pours and looks so yummy. And it gets even better with a nice tang from the spices and the habanero peppers. You can use it as a condiment, as a added ingredient for flavor, or even get creative and use it for a nice dip. How ever you do use it, you are going to get some really great flavor. And for me, it was all I added to my sloppy Joes, nothing else was needed, to bring me the taste I was looking for.

Dinner was where I used the last product from Coo Moo jams and jellies, and that was their peachy mango jam. I turned it into a amazing glaze to coat some chicken, and even added some fresh peach halves as well. It was the taste of summer and fall in every bite you took. In the jar, you get the sweet taste of peaches and the sweet taste of the tropical mango, then add some red onion, red bell pepper, and some Aleppo Pepper as well as some cayenne. A jam with some pumped up heat and tropical sweetness. Another jam that is very versatile, and should be used in recipes for some added flavor. Take a block of cream cheese and pour the jam over, for a tasty appetizer, use it for a glaze, or create a nice dressing for a fruit salad, what ever you do with it, you will be amazed how wonderful it taste.
