Rose Sisters Chips Product Review

 

Today I got to make some very yummy dish's, with a unique product that was sent over from the company, Rose Sisters Chips. Located in Wilmington, DE.

 

The company is woman based, and makes homemade baked tortilla chips that come in nine inch rounds, that you brake right in the bag your self.

The bag contains three seasoned tortilla chips, that are baked, never fried at all. They are kosher, vegetarian, nut and even seed free. They contain no cholesterol, and no trans fats, so they are great for all diet types.

 

Each nine inch round is a true gourmet baked tortilla, that is seasoned with savory herbs. What each round gives you, is a delicious way to come up with using them in your recipes. You can break them to dip in your favorite salsa or hot dip, or leave whole and top them with some delectable foods. No matter how you choose to eat them, they provide all the seasoning and flavor you need.

The story behind the two sisters, Ann and Paula is amazing. They have a very strong bond between them, and their product. Their legacy goes back to countless generations, and now bring their chips to our tables for us to enjoy.

These chips as they are called, even have a special surprise for you in the bottom of the bag, once it is empty. Delicious finger licking crumbs, that you won't want to leave behind. You can use them as bread crumbs, use them to coat some fish, and so much more. 

 

Rose Sister Chips, roots are very deep in heritage, in their food, and the friends and family they have shared with time with.

As soon as you open the bag, you smell the amazing aroma from the savory seasonings that are baked into each large chip. And the best part is the fun you can have eating them. No matter what you use them for, your palate will have a culinary party going on. You will be able to pass the experience of enjoying this product with your own family.

 

Now let me share what I created, with these, Rose Sisters Chips, that are the original family recipe.

First up, pulling one out of the bag, I decided to start with breakfast. I made a loaded, Rose Sisters Chips, loaded baked tortilla breakfast pizza. The baked tortilla held up perfectly being load with soft boiled eggs, homemade salsa, cheese, and other garnish's. I then stuck it in the toaster oven, just enough to melt the cheese and then topped it with my soft boiled egg. I was able to take a knife and brake a slice perfectly, as if it was a pie. The baked tortilla, from Rose Sisters Chips, still maintained its nice crunch, and savory flavors.

 

Since the baked tortilla held up so well, I decided to use it the same way, for lunch and dinner.

Lunch, was fun as well using the baked tortilla from, Rose Sisters Chips. I made a yummy, shrimp and avocado tostada. I got all my ingredients ready and cooked my shrimp, then make a fresh salsa and tossed my shrimp in, with a squeeze of just fresh lime juice, then placed it all on top of the, Rose Sisters Chips, whole. It was just so amazing. The flavors in ever bite comes through from the nine inch baked tortilla chip. And passes right along with your own topping. Just a nice airy tortilla, with a light fare topping.

Dinner was just the same, taking the Rose Sisters Chips, round and topping it with chicken cooked on the side then placed on top. I made a nice skillet chicken tortilla pie, out of the last round. Placing the cooked skillet chicken on first, then some cheddar cheese. Toasting it in the toaster oven just until the cheddar cheese melted. Then to finish the dish, I put some pieces of queso cheese on top along with a cilantro garnish. Again it was just perfect. A nice crisp tortilla that was baked not once but twice. And still managed to stay crisp and crunchy. Every bite you took the savory flavor came through.

 

You can do so much with this product, from breaking it into the size chips you wish, or leaving them whole and topping them with some wonderful recipes.
