From the historic 1700's grist mill, that over looks the Newfound River, you will find the home of, The Mill Fudge Factory. This is where today's products came from. A wonderful gift box of their home made fudge.

 

The fudge is made with fresh natural ingredients, such as, Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate, cabot butter, pure honey and cane sugar. There is nothing fake in them at all.

My gift box was, The MillFudge Factory, traditional sampler, with four good size fudge slices. The box comes ready for gift giving, with a pretty white bow wrapped around the box. But the best part is what is waiting inside!

The fist fudge slice was, the Belgian Chocolate. It is a dark Belgian chocolate that is sixty two percent cocoa. A amazing meld of chocolate and smooth easy to eat chocolate fudge. Any type of chocolate you crave, this slice of fudge, will take care of your craving. This slice was surely a classic. With wonderful earthy flavor that had no sourness to it at all. A nice comfort fudge, to just melt in your mouth. And soft enough to run a butter knife through it. So creamy, and heavenly on your palate.

The next flavor slice of fudge in the box, was, The Mill Fudge Factory, original Penuche. This is a first for me to taste, and it was a nice Scottish fudge, that has a recipe that came from family. It is one of the popular fudge's at, The Mill Fudge Factory. It is a nice rich and creamy fudge, that melts in your mouth, very slow and smoothly. And you will never believe that it is made with only four ingredients. It really is a gourmet treasure! The ingredients are simple and natural, such as, cane sugar, Cabot butter, milk, and pure honey. If you love caramel or dulce de leche, well this is the flavor for you.

The slices in the box, are a good size, and the next was no exception. It was, The Mill Fudge Factory, chocolate walnut flavor. You get the best of both worlds, Belgian chocolate and fresh walnuts. This is a fine crafted fudge, where the fresh walnuts are hand mixed in. And you get plenty of those fresh walnuts in every bite. A nice smooth, rich fudge, that is a party in your mouth.

The last slice in the box, was, The Mill Fudge Factory, natural peanut butter. If you love peanut butter, you are going to fall in love with this flavor. It's dreamy and creamy. And also for, The Mill Fudge Factory, is award winning. You won't be able to just take one bite, so caution given. You just want to keep going after the first bite until it's your last.
