Ya Mamma's Pasta Sauce Product Review

Any chance I have to cook, anything Italian, I do it. They are dish's I could live off of. And when you get the chance to try, gourmet sauce's from others, I enjoy it.

There are so many dish's you can make with pasta sauce, and that's what I did today. And the sauce's came from a company that has been in business for over "100" years. The sauce, Ya Mamma's, located in Nashua, NJ. The same recipe that Luigi Ferrazzani brought to America when he came a century ago. Now Michael Ferrazzani, continues his legacy. Sauce made with real natural ingredients, for that home made taste.

With many awards, and being featured on food network, you know the sauce's must be good!

Now let me tell you how great these products are and how my dish's turned out.

The sauce's were amazing, and the first one as the main ingredient was, Ya Mamma's, marinara sauce in a big pot of cioppino. My house smelled amazing, as if I cooked all day. The ingredients are all real and what should be in a good marinara sauce. It truly was a authentic Italian sauce, and you would never know its, vegan. Also there is no cholesterol or trans fat, and it's gluten free, so great for everyone no matter their diet status. Every bite you take you can taste the time and love that went into making this homemade sauce. Even looking into the jar you can see the bits of fine ingredients like the tomatoes, and spices. A nice blend that is not to watery, and really makes your dish pop with flavor. This sauce was voted best pasta sauce in NJ, by New Hampshire Magazine.

To have with my cioppino, I made a pasta dish, and used, Ya Mamma's red gravy sauce. A really smooth textured sauce, that stayed on the pasta perfectly. The taste is so amazing, really authentic and fresh from all the real ingredients used. This sauce has all the same qualities, being vegan friendly, and gluten free. And if the sauce isn't great enough, on the sides of the jar is a nice recipe for you, for some meat sauce. You can pick up one jar and feel the weight of the sauce in it. You know your getting something perfect, and not a jar of watered down sauce's.

For, Ya Mamma's Fra Diavolo sauce, I made a shrimp pizza and instead of pizza sauce used, Ya Mamma's. it was the perfect compliment for the dish. Hot and tasty, and melded perfectly with dough and shrimp! The crushed red peppers is what brings the heat, and brings it well. If you love spice, you will love this sauce.

If you want to try these products, from Ya Mamma's, head over to their website, You will for sure want to add them to your kitchen cabinets.
