Mean Dawg's Mustard Review

 

I got to make a very luscious dinner tonight, and used two products, out of, Leonardsville, NY. The company is called, mean dawg's mustard, and it made the most delicious toppings for my dinner dish's.

 

The company started many years ago, when mustard was being made for friends and family gifts. And from there at the urging of friends, the, mean dawg's mustard is available to everyone.

You can get it sweet or you can get it hot, it's all up to what you like. And if you can't decide, well grab them both. The mustard is made in high quality, with very simple ingredients that we all know, with no preservatives and is gluten free. Mean Dawg's mustard is great for pretzels and many other dish's, it's very versatile.

Mean Dawg's is a local company, and operated. And with that being said, let me tell you about dinner.

Now we all know, mustard is famous for hot dogs and hamburgers, but add it to other ingredients and you have a dish, that was taken to new heights. I made some extra thick pork chops with a honey mustard sauce, using, mean dawg's sizzlin sweet. It’s a nice creamy mustard, and the best part it's gluten free. The ingredients to make this delicious mustard are simple, sugar, vinegar, water, pasteurized egg, and mustard powder. So little, but yet so succulent. It's a very well balanced mustard, with a nice sweet flavor. It's very versatile, and melded so well with honey. Eat it right from the jar on some hot pretzels, or even as a dip, or get creative and use it in some of your favorite recipes.

Next I roasted some asparagus, and topped the spears with a maple mustard sauce that I made using, mean dawg's hot mustard. The same ingredients as the sweet, with a little kick from cayenne pepper. It really took the veggies up a notch. This mustard would be great on a hot dog or hamburger, but how about adding it to your BBQ sauce recipe for some ribs. If you like it hot you will like, mean dawg's, hot mustard. Every bite you take, is a party on your palate. It does not disappoint.
