Bacon Wrapped Shrimp is a
simple appetizer that is ideal for company, or game day, or any other
occasion. What could be better than bacon-wrapped shrimp? For the greatest
flavor, this easy shrimp snack combines sweet and spicy flavors.
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp about 20 cleaned,
peeled, and deveined
7 thick pieces of bacon cut
into thirds
4 tablespoons salted butter
melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon chipotle powder
Line a baking pan with
aluminum foil. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wrap each shrimp with a third
of a slice of bacon and fasten with a toothpick. Place the baked goods on a
baking sheet.
Melted butter, brown sugar,
and chipotle powder should all be combined.
Brush approximately
two-thirds of the butter mixture over each shrimp. Set away any remaining
butter mixture.
15 minutes in the oven Remove
the shrimp from the oven and set the broiler to high.
Brush the remaining butter
mixture over each shrimp one more time (stir before brushing).
Broil for 1-2 minutes, or
until the mixture is bubbling.
