1/2 pound breakfast sausage
(ground)
4 large eggs
3 green onions (chopped)
1/2 cup milk
3 hash brown patties (frozen,
shredded)
1 1/4 cups colby jack cheese
(shredded)

Brown and crumble the sausage
in a pan. Drain any excess oil from the sausage and place it in the bottom of a
9x9 baking dish. Half of the green onions should be sprinkled over the meat.
Mix the eggs and milk
together, then pour over the sausage. 1 cup of the cheese on top Place the hash
browns on a dish and microwave for 30 seconds, or until soft enough to cut.
Each burger should be cut into 6 pieces. Place the cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and
bake for 25 minutes. Return to the oven for 5 minutes after topping with the
remaining cheese and green onions.
