A wonderful slow cooker
recipe for Dr Pepper Roast Beef. Ideal for quick midweek suppers.
1 3-5 pound boneless roast
beef (chuck or round roast)
1 can Dr Pepper
1 cup water
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic
Put the beef roast in the
slow cooker.
Combine all of the other
ingredients.
Cook on low for 7 hour
Serve hot, with pan juices
spooned on top.
