From
breakfast to dinner, it was all about BBQ foods and flavors. And it was easy to
do with products sent over from, Mrs. Griffin's BBQ Sauce Co.
The company was born in 1899 by, Mangham Edward Griffin, who created the BBQ sauce for their family's Fourth of July picnic. The sauce was a hit and the business bloomed in 1935 and is still going strong today.
Seventy five years, and still as good as day one. This is a special BBQ sauce that takes four days, and twelve steps to create. The mustard based BBQ sauce is very unique, and taste amazing on anything you can think of.
The day
started with amazing tasting guisada taco's with, Mrs. Griffin's original BBQ
sauce. The BBQ sauce is conformed of a tangy mustard base, and is just amazing
even for a breakfast dish. Mrs. Griffin's BBQ sauce is one of the oldest in the
South and the second best in the country. One bite and you will understand why.
Each bite you take of your food is a party in your mouth. The recipe has never
changed since 1935, and is made right here in the
Mrs. Griffin's, hickory smoke BBQ sauce went on some pulled pork that I had left over, for some yummy lunch sandwich's. As a condiment the sauce is fantastic, and oh so delicious! The BBQ sauce is still a tangy mustard base, and gives your dish a nice smoky flavor in every bite. It's great to because its low in sugar, and has less calories then the original. You can plan of the BBQ Sauce as a marinade, condiment, or even straight from the bottle as a dipping sauce. Every bite you take makes your food succulent!
To start dinner, some wings came first with, Mrs. Griffin's hot BBQ sauce. You get the same base, a nice tangy mustard, with some kick, that makes your taste buds dance. When, Mrs. Griffin's says it's great on everything, she wasn't kidding.
Also for dinner I made some ribs, and basted them with, Mrs. Griffin's sweet BBQ sauce. They were finger licking good all the way down to the bone. Sweet in the finest way, not to sweet, just perfect. Still with a nice yellow mustard base and some natural sugar ingredients. Not only does the BBQ sauce taste good, it adds a stunning color to your food.
Last thing on our plates were some shrimp, coated with Mrs. Griffin's, BBQ shake. The BBQ shake is a wonderful rub that plays on the same great taste as Mrs. Griffin's BBQ sauce's, only in a dry version. You can apply it to everything and anything you wish to eat and enjoy. You can use it in place of salt and pepper, and use it as a condiment, or use it as a tasty rub on meat, poultry and seafood.
