Dinner doesn’t get
any easier than this delicious recipe. Easy to make, with huge flavors.
Ingredients:
3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 (0.87-oz) envelopes of chicken gravy mix
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour in the
chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 3 hours on high, or until the chicken
easily breaks apart.
Remove 2 cups of the chicken broth/juices from the
crockpot and place in a saucepan; discard the remaining stock. Whisk carefully
the gravy packets into the pot. Simmer on low heat until the gravy thickens.
Remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred
them into bigger pieces while the gravy simmers.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes after dumping the gravy
over the chicken. Enjoy!
