This rice pudding is the
ultimate dessert for any time or occasion.
what you need
2/3 c. quick cook Rice
2 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Quick cook rice to Combined. In a greased 1-quart baking
dish, combine rice, milk, raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, and nutmeg.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°F, stirring after 15 minutes and again
when the pudding is done.
Garnish with cinnamon.
Serve hot or cold. The pudding thickens as it sits.
