Fried canned salmon patties are a simple dish that uses
canned salmon and is one of my most popular dinners.
1 (14 3/4 ounce) canned salmon
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Open the salmon and properly drain it. In a
mixing dish, flake the drained salmon equally with a fork. Combine the onion, cornmeal,
flour, mayonnaise, and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. It
doesn't get any easier than this for dinner.
