Chick-fil-A now serves the fundamental comfort food, creamy mac, and cheese, as a side alternative. Put down those waffle fries and try their classic macaroni and cheese recipe, which has the homemade taste you crave. This side dish does not require a trip to the drive-thru.
Chick Fil A Mac and Cheese Recipe
Prepare the macaroni noodles according to the
package directions for al dente.
Set the oven to broil mode.
The sauce will be made in a large saucepan. Heat
the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Then, add the American, Romano,
and Parmesan cheeses to the pan.
Whisk until the cheese is completely melted.
Fill a 9 x 13-inch baking dish halfway with
cooked pasta.
Pour the cheese mixture into the baking dish over
the macaroni. To coat the macaroni with the cheese sauce, stir it in.
Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese.
Place the baking dish under the broiler for a few
minutes, or until the cheese begins to brown.
Whats nice is you decide how much cheese and how
creamy you want your mac n cheese.
