I made this pork tenderloin in my air fryer, I was more excited than I’ve ever been about a recipe I’ve made. The flavors of the seasoning rub are so perfect, the meat is so juicy, and the taste is simply out of this world! Great for any busy mom or dad after getting home from work, or just in a hurry for a delicious meal.
INGREDIENTS
Pork tenderloin 1.25lbs to 1.75lbs
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne powder
½ tbs olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the dry
ingredients.
Remove any excess fat or silver skin from the
pork tenderloin. 12 tablespoons olive oil should be applied. Rub the spice
mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400° F.
After 5 minutes, carefully place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer and cook
for 20-22 minutes at 400° F. The internal temperature should be between 145°
and 160° F.
After the air fryer cycle is finished, carefully
transfer the pork tenderloin to a cutting board and rest for 5 minutes before
slicing. Keep any juices aside to serve over sliced meat.
