Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
½ pound lean ground pork
⅓
cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
except the beef and pork. Combine thoroughly.
Combine the beef and pork in a mixing bowl. Divide
the mixture into 16 meatballs.
Heat the air fryer to 400°F.
In the air fryer, arrange the meatballs in a single
layer. Reduce the temperature of the air fryer to 380°F.
Cook the meatballs for 12-14 minutes until browned
and the center reaches 165°F.
Allow 3 minutes to rest before serving.
