Give up the bun! This recipe for Easy Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is a tasty, low-carb dinner that is perfect for the whole family. Without bread, it has all the tastes of your beloved cheeseburger: ground beef, bacon, cheese, and pickles.
2 pounds of ground beef
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
3 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Set oven temperature to 350°F.
Ground beef should be browned in a big frying pan.
Add the garlic and sauté the ground beef until it is cooked through, about one
minute more. Empty the oil from the ground meat if needed.
Toss in the ground beef along with the chopped
pickles, bacon, and mustard.
Transfer the combination of ground beef into a
