Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Cubes of well-cooked sirloin steak covered in a garlic butter sauce make up delicious seared steak bites. A quick and simple dinner or party snack that is ready in seconds!

1 1/4 lbs sirloin steak cut into small cubes.

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons minced garlic

salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon minced parsley

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over high heat. To taste, add pepper as well as salt to the meat to season it.

Depending on the size of your pan, you might need to work in batches while placing the steak on the pan in a single layer. Cook, stirring periodically, for three to four minutes, or until golden brown. If necessary, repeat with the leftover meat.

To coat the meat with sauce, add the butter and garlic to the pan and simmer for one to two minutes, stirring.

Add a little parsley.
