Meatloaf and Potato Casserole

  



Now for a quick and delicious dinner, try this recipe.

 

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 egg

1/2 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 cups mashed potatoes

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup crispy fried onions

 

Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.

Ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoky paprika should all be well mixed together in a big bowl.

Grease a baking dish and press the meatloaf mixture into it.

Evenly top the layer of meatloaf with the mashed potatoes. Top the mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese.

Bake the meatloaf for 40 to 45 minutes, or until it is well done.

Before serving, garnish with crispy fried onions and green onions.
