3 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped leeks or onions
2 tablespoons chopped carrots
2 cups uncooked rice
4 cups chicken
Set oven temperature to 350°F.
In a saucepan that can be baked, preheat the butter over medium heat.
Add the carrots and leeks to the heated butter and sauté until the
leeks are soft.
When the rice is shiny, add it and boil it. After that, add the
stock.
After covering the rice with a paper tent and covering the pot with
the lid, bake for approximately 12 minutes.
After taking the rice out of the oven, let it another twelve minutes
to rest.
After that, take off the paper tent and cover, mix, and enjoy.
