A pomegranate marinade can add a delightful tangy and sweet flavor to your steak. Here’s a simple recipe for a pomegranate steak marinade:

 

Ingredients:

1 cup pomegranate juice

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

 

In a bowl, whisk together the pomegranate juice, olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, honey, and chopped rosemary.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.

Place the steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the steak is well-coated.

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.

Remove the steak from the marinade and grill to your preferred level of doneness.
