Ingredients:

 

20 ounces of radishes, sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons of butter, cut into small pieces

1 cube of ice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

 

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix the sliced radishes with minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the seasoned radishes on a double layer of aluminum foil.

Distribute the butter pieces evenly over the radishes and place the ice cube in the center.

Tightly wrap the foil to seal, creating a foil packet.

Place the sealed foil packet on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the radishes are tender.
