Over night oats with fresh blueberries

 



 Overnight oats are a nutritious and delicious breakfast option, especially for those busy mornings. They’re easy to prepare, customizable, and perfect for a grab-and-go healthy meal. Today, we’re going to learn how to make overnight oats with fresh blueberries.

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup of milk (any kind you prefer)

1/2 cup of fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix the ingredients: In a jar or a bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.

Add the blueberries: Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.

Let it sit: Cover the jar or bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
