Frozen vegetables are the unsung heroes of the kitchen. They’re there when you need them, they don’t judge you for not planning ahead, and they’re just as nutritious as their fresh counterparts. Today, I’m going to share with you a recipe that will turn those frozen gems into a culinary delight.
Easy Cheesy Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:

1 bag of mixed frozen vegetables (about 16 oz)

1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup of milk

1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried basil. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the frozen vegetables to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the cream cheese mixture.

Transfer the vegetable mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Serve this comforting dish as a main course or a hearty side. It’s perfect for those busy weeknights when you want something delicious without the fuss.

And to make your blog post truly stand out, I’ve created a stunning image to accompany your recipe. I’ll try to create that.
