A
delicious and nutty brown sugar and pecan coating gives great flavor to apples
as they cook to delicate perfection in the air fryer. If preferred, serve
roasted apples with ice cream or yogurt.

teaspoon all-purpose flour

teaspoon apple pie spice

medium apples, cored and cut into wedges

tablespoon butter, melted
Heat
the air fryer to 360°F .
In a
small mixing bowl, incorporate pecans, brown sugar, flour, and apple pie spice.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine apple wedges and drizzle with butter, tossing
to coat. Place the apples in the air fryer basket in a single layer and top
with the pecan mixture.
Fry
in a hot air fryer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until apples are soft.
