Crockpot Italian Potatoes are a quick and easy way to make a tasty and
nutritious supper! For a healthy and kid-friendly supper, serve these potatoes
with simple chicken and a green vegetable.
Ingredients

Potato medium (2-1/4″ to 3-1/4″ dia) Potato, flesh and skin, raw

medium onion
1
medium bell pepper, red
2
tablespoon butter, unsalted
1
teaspoon salt
3
teaspoon oregano, dried
4
oz Parmesan cheese
Directions
Clean
and cut the potatoes into quarters.
Finely
chop the onion and red bell pepper delicately. The butter should be melted.
In
a slow cooker, combine all of the ingredients. Cook for 4 hours on high. Enjoy!
