Ingredients
3 c. brussels sprouts, halved
lengthwise
6 pieces bacon, cooked and
crumbled
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
1 Tbsp. olive oil
sea salt, to taste
Heat the oven to 400°F.
In a medium mixing basin,
combine halved brussels sprouts.
Combine maple syrup, melted
butter, and olive oil in a separate small bowl.
Sprinkle over brussels
sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
On a rimmed baking sheet,
arrange the brussels sprouts in a single layer.
Roast for 15-20 minutes at
400°F, or until tender-crisp.
Combine brussels sprouts with
cooked, crumbled bacon and season with salt and pepper.
