Food FYI

Is Saffron used in everything, in Iran?

Some herbs, spices, and leaves are inextricably linked to a country and its culture. In just this example, Iran is unquestionably saffron. Notwithstanding some disagreement, this spice, distinguished by its unique scarlet leaves, may be traced back to Iran.

Another of the argument in favor of Iran is that the Central Asian country produces more than 90% of the world's largest saffron, which is an astounding figure! Furthermore, the Bastani Sonnati, which is rich in saffron, is a popular Iranian ice cream.
