ripe banana
2 eggs

1 pinch
groundof cinnamon

teaspoons butter
In a
mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork; add the eggs, baking powder, and
cinnamon and combine thoroughly.
In a pan
over medium heat, melt the butter. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are
dry, 2 to 3 minutes, in the heated butter. Sauté until the opposite side is
browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Rep with the leftover batter.
