Easy breakfast bowl, your whole family will
enjoy.
1 small
onion, sliced
6-8
medium mushrooms, sliced
5 oz
grass-fed ground beef
1/2 tsp
smoked paprika
2 eggs,
lightly beaten
1 small
avocado, diced
10-12
pitted black olives, sliced
salt
pepper
1. Melt a
little amount of coconut oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. When the
oil is heated, add the onions, mushrooms, and salt & pepper to taste. Cook
for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the veggies have softened and become aromatic.
2. Stir
in the ground meat and smoked paprika and heat till the beef is no longer pink.
Place the steak on a platter.

Scramble the eggs in the pan to your preference.
Transfer
the meat to the pan. Mix in the avocado and olives.
5. Cook
for another 45 seconds to a minute to gradually warm up the avocados and
olives.
6. Place
into a bowl and, if wanted, sprinkle with parsley.
