Delicious
chicken wings that are simple to prepare on the stovetop or in an electric
skillet. Mix the water, sugar, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, wine vinegar,
and garlic in an electric skillet or a large pan over medium heat until smooth
and the sugar has dissolved. Cover and stew the wings in the sauce for 30
minutes. Uncover and continue to cook until the wings are soft and the sauce
has thickened, approximately 30 minutes more, spooning sauce over wings as
needed. Sesame seeds are optional.
